"The Hormone Reset: Eating for Energy, Mood, and Health"

Join us for an engaging fireside chat where we’ll explore how the foods you eat can support hormonal balance during life’s transitions. From plant-based meals to nutrient-rich staples, discover how simple shifts in your diet can boost energy, stabilize mood, and promote long-term health. Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or simply curious about food’s role in hormone health, this talk will leave you with practical insights you can put on your plate.
