9:15 am - 9:30 am:  "Highlight Moment” of International Women’s Day conference on March 24 featuring honoree, Diana Blank.  Mrs. Blank founded the Kendeda Fund in 1993, and through it initially donated anonymously to various Georgia-based causes. In 2015, Blank was revealed as the person who provided a $30 million grant to Georgia Tech for the construction of what became known as The Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design. The Living Building Challenge 3.0 project has been called the "most environmentally-sound building ever constructed in the Southeast.

Panelists include:

- In non-profits:  Belisa Urbina, co-founder and CEO of Ser Familia, Inc., the leading program in Ga. Providing coordinated multi-disciplinary family, social and mental health services to Latinos.

- In corporate world:  Becky Blalock, author of  “Dare:  Straight Talk on Confidence, Courage and Career for Women in Charge,” is the Managing Partner at Advisory Capital, a strategic consulting firm; and former Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Southern Company.

- In higher-ed:  Beverly Daniel Tatum, former president of Spelman College. In her most recent book, Peril and Promise, Tatum argues that American universities hold the key to addressing the ignorance and division that threaten our society—if bold and courageous leaders step up.
