![]() IWF Georgia President Susan R. Bell Susan is a CPA, retired Big Four audit and advisory partner, and current public company board member. She serves on the boards of directors of four public companies and chairs the audit committee for two of those companies. Prior to her retirement from EY in 2020, Susan’s public accounting career spanned over 36 years with two Big Four accounting firms—Andersen and EY—where she served large public companies and held a number of leadership roles. She served for eight years as the Managing Partner of EY Atlanta, led EY’s Southeast Risk Advisory practice and led the EY Americas and Global Financial Accounting Advisory Services Power & Utilities industry teams. She is a seasoned leader recognized for building relationships and long-term value with emphasis on innovation, customer service, operational excellence, and good governance. She has extensive experience working in, and with, complex and matrixed organizations and has led teams implementing large-scale functional transformations, accounting, audit, and advisory services for C-suites and boards. Susan graduated with highest honors from Mississippi State University in 1984 with a Bachelor’s of Professional Accountancy and had continuing education through various training programs and partner executive programs in association with the Kellogg School and Harvard Business School. Susan is active in numerous professional, civic and non-profit organizations and an avid volunteer in the Atlanta, Georgia community. She currently serves on the non-profit boards of directors of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and IWF Georgia Inc. ![]() Jennifer Langley
